1. Agreement to Terms

By booking and using Pop's Soft Wash services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Pop's Soft Wash provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: window cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel maintenance, and holiday lighting installation. Services are provided for residential and commercial properties in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County.

3. Booking and Payment

Service Quotes: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change if service conditions differ from the original assessment.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Deposit: A deposit may be required for larger projects. The deposit will be applied to the final service cost.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Free Cancellation: Services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Service Guarantee

Pop's Soft Wash guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and correct any deficiencies at no additional charge.

6. Liability and Damages

Pop's Soft Wash uses industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, structural defects, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

In the event of damage caused by Pop's Soft Wash negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. For claims exceeding this amount, customers must provide written notice within 24 hours of service completion.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. Customers agree to submit claims through our insurance provider for damages exceeding the service cost.

7. Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize Pop's Soft Wash employees to access your property for the purpose of providing the requested service. Please ensure that gates, doors, and other access points are unlocked or accessible. Pop's Soft Wash is not responsible for damage resulting from locked or restricted access.

8. Weather and Service Conditions

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Pop's Soft Wash reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible. Rescheduled services will be provided at no additional charge.

9. Use of Eco-Friendly Solutions

Pop's Soft Wash uses environmentally safe, biodegradable cleaning solutions that comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before your appointment. While our products are safe, some individuals may experience sensitivity to certain ingredients.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pop's Soft Wash website and materials are the exclusive property of Pop's Soft Wash. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission. We grant you a limited license to access and view content for personal use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pop's Soft Wash be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from or in connection with your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pop's Soft Wash and its employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

13. Modification of Terms

Pop's Soft Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
